This move has always been kept in my arsenal. It is so funny when you pull this move off on people. The first thing you will notice is the immediate blank stare given to you. “Did you just grab my head to sweep me???” Is what I usually get haha
The escape is pretty easy to hit as well you just have to be looking for it. Most of the time I hit this technique when the person is transitioning. As soon as you see that head come back grab it!
