Here is the quick summary I gave at then end of a 1 hour Private to two students and them demonstrating at the end the whole sequence at once. I like to film a summary like this to give to anyone taking a Private with me.
This is a very well traveled road for me and some of my main go to sequences. The Triangle process at the end is practically 100% finish rate for me once I secure the reverse Triangle. I love the posture Control of the reverse Triangle and that’s why I choose to always go to it first before transitioning for the finish.
