The Truck – Popularised by 10th planet Jiu Jitsu – it’s an awesome technique and I think it should be part of your arsenal. It certainly is part of mine and those of my students. This is tried and tested and proved on the mats. It also has the benefit of not being overly familiar to many people outside of 10th planet…so can be used to great effect on your mat or in competition. Getting to this can lead to a whole bunch of great positions and submissions. Watch carefully as I take you over some of my favorites. I hope you like them.
