This video is a short tip on how no to rack yourself when you go for Armbars in BJJ.
I received a question where one of the viewers was curious about how to do an Armbar in BJJ without getting hit in the groin.
I know this is a particular worry many people (men in particular) have when doing BJJ.
But as I said. It’s a simple fix. It involves really focusing on squeezing the knees together. Doing this will not only save you from driving someone’s elbow into your crotch. It will also make your armbars way tighter!
So if this is a problem you’re having with armbars in BJJ. The next time you’re training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Be sure to slow down a bit and focus on pinching the knees together when you’re doing reps.
I hope this video helps.
Thanks!
