Roberto ‘Cyborg’ Abreu breaks down two key no-gi moves he used in his ADCC 2013 Absolute Finals grappling match with Marcus Almeida Buchecha.

Here Cyborg breaks down the “Baby Guillotine” and the “Cow Catcher” transitions and submission. Cyborg shows how these techniques work from an opponent shooting for takedowns and wrestling, as well as scramble positions, and side control or 100 kilos.

These jiu-jitsu techniques are used in Cyborg’s everyday training, as well as in competition. Shown here against the truly gifted Marcus Almeida Buchecha in the Absolute Finals match of ADCC 2013 Beijing. Here Cyborg used these no-gi moves to help him secure the win and take home the Absolute Gold.
