Recently I posted a video about using Neck Cranks in BJJ and why I don’t like them for day to day training. And also whether or not they are dick moves in the gym.

My big reason behind this is that I don’t like the idea of potentially injuring one of my partners during Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practice.

One of the viewers commenting saying that all submissions are dangerous and it’s up to the person applying them to prevent harm by being slow.

Which I totally agree with.

But in this video I discuss a couple of reasons about why I still steer away from using neck cranks during my BJJ training. And how they differ from many of the commonly used Brazilian Jiujitsu techniques available.
