In my new documentary i travelled to Orange County in California to spend time with BJJ/ MMA Legend Allan Goes. Allan is a Carlson Gracie Black Belt and also a Pride veteran who went 200 BJJ matches undefeated with wins over Ralph Gracie and Daniel Gracie among other big names.
In this 4 part documentary Allan tells us his story of how he grew up in the dangerous Favella’s of Rio and how Carlson Gracie and jujitsu literally saved his life. Allan tells us his incredible story of how he had to overcome many obstacles to be were he is today and how he never gave up. Allan is based in Orange County in California working at the Carlson Gracie jujitsu Club HQ and still to this day he is spreading the legacy of Carlson’s story and how if it wasn’t for Carlson Gracie SR, none of us would know Jiujitsu today. Featuring Pat Tenore, Ethan Wayne, Rafael Cordeiro and UFC Heavyweight Champion Fabricio Werdum.
