Dean Lister is a legendary Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and mixed martial artist. Dean’s accomplishments in martial arts are incredible and include becoming a 3x ADCC champion, king of the cage middleweight champion, and 4x National Machado Jiu-Jitsu champion. Dean has also fought professionally in the UFC and Pride and is considered a pioneer and innovator in the world of lower body submissions. It was awesome to have Dean on the show and a huge honor for me. Dean is a very humble guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
