Hi guys – this film is from a recent class in which I take my students over the details of a mount escape that move into either a hook sweep or an Ashi Garmai. Either move is great. I like the Ashi Garami because it provides the instant opportunity for a leg attack – such as a footlock. The hook sweep is fantastic as well.
