Keeping the back mount can be tricky, especially once your opponent has removed the hooks. Usually at this point, it is a race to get your hooks back in before they are able to turn into you and escape. However, that is not the best approach. I like to relax, walk away and sit myself back down into the back mount. It is very simple, and easy to do if you know how to hold the seat belt grip well. Just watch and learn:
