When the lockdown first started I was completely inactive not believing we can train Jiu Jitsu without a partner. Then I started drilling virtually with my friends & this is what I do every day. Use these drills to make your body more aware of your takedowns and develop your stance & motion. If you want more of a workout practice with speed & reduce the rest time. I will usually do 3 rounds of 5 sets with a 2 min rest in between.
